Does being a swinger give a mother the right to take visitations away?
My friend's ex husband is currently living with two women and they are in a relationship. She knows this for a fact, because she caught my him with the women before the divorce. They have a 12 year old and a 3 year old, and 50/50 custody.

My friend thinks that she can use this to get full custody of her children.

I don't think that it's a good enough reason for her to get custody. Is it?

(This is in California)

unfortunately it depends on conservative the state is ... many would say it's an unhealthy environment for the kids .. Your friend can do what ever she wants but in the end fighting over the kids probably not a good thing
